Frm/Rix Viewer !

It's a graphic Fallout game picure converter.
It able to convert *.Frm (frames pictures) to a standard BMP.
A frm file is a RAW 256 colors pictures (230 fixe colors and 25 animated)
abd a frm can contained severals picures to create an animated picture.
A FRM picture can be attached to a PAL file(same_name.PAL) to redefine the picture colors (256 / no animated colors)
The Rix format is a picture using his owne colors table.

Visual Basic resouces inclued in the zipped file.


THIS PROGRAM IS A VB PROGRAM, YOU HAD TO INSTALL SPECIFICS
DLL TO LAUNCH THE EXE FILE !
